Matthew 7:13-14

Enter in through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there are who go in through it. Because narrow is the gate and straight is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. ~ Matthew 7:13-14

Christmas Greetings!

Greetings to all in the Name of Jesus. We pray that your Christmas time will be blessed as we reflect on all Jesus has done for us. How He gave up His glory to come as a child to be with us. We know this is no small thing when we stop to consider how hard it is for us to give up our pride and our comforts even for a moment! Consider that Christ has called us to be like him in giving up what glorifies us and coming to Him as a little child. As we trust in Him we can also be trusted with the gifts and callings He has given us and called us to - this ministry of reconciliation of mankind to God and our call to be reconciled together in peace and brotherhood. Amen?

November at DCM was such a blessing! We had many many first time commitments to the Lord - always proof that we are on the right track in spite of our failings. The Lord is faithful to His Word - that it does not return empty. We speak the Word and it returns to Him through the new lambs added to His flock. Pray for these new ones. We have also seen many recommitments and people are finding a deeper understanding and reading of God's Word through the dramatic presentations. We are already over 30 in our new fiscal year of children sponsored for World Vision for 2005 - 2006. Dennis is in the Dominican Republic on a ministry trip for World Vision. We pray that this trip will be a great success as we seek to find more sponsors for these little ones - God's least, last and lost. We know that if we give even a cup of cold water in Jesus' Name then we will in no wise lose our reward - how much more our reward will be if we make a commitment to give 30.00 - 35.00 per month in order to feed, clothe, educate - and love - a little child - all in the Name of Jesus! As you prepare your hearts for Christmas this year you might consider becoming a World Vision sponsor to honor the Holy Child of Bethlehem. In this way you can celebrate His birthday each month and day of the year knowing that your gifts go to one just like him - a child in rags and poverty and need. Click on our World Vision page to learn more and may the Lord bless you for allowing your hearts to be moved.

Prayer needs: Just that we here at DCM would continue to be ready in season and out to move and to go for His glory and for the lost He desperately seeks for His own. We've been asked about going to Africa to minister with a group of 33 churches there. We'd like to take a team and are looking at late 2006 or early 2007. Also, please copy our schedule and pray over our ministry dates - it would be so helpful and will increase the effectiveness of this ministry. Thank you so much!

In His Love,
Wendy Cole

November News

We have had a very busy fall and it has been a total blessing. Dennis was interviewed and gave 2 presentations last Wed. night on God's Learning Channel, Prime Time show with Tommie and Al Cooper. This was a great opportunity to share the Bible in its pure form with a large television audience and we are really blessed by all the individuals who made it possible. Dennis presented the book of James and Sermon on the Mount and was inteviewed extensively about Kingdom acting.

Many people have received the Lord in the many services we have done this fall and this always proves to us that DCM is right in the center of God's will. Sometimes its easy to 2nd guess yourself when the enemy tells you that you are just doing it all wrong and he sends his minions to discourage and dissuade you. But we have always found and continue to find that if you just press on and do what God has called you to do that the proof of your calling will be in the evidence of the Gospel being shared and souls being saved. Besides all that, if that weren't enough, many many children are being sponsored every service for World Vision. Not only will these children be fed, clothed and housed in the name of Jesus, but they will be able to hear of Him as the Gospel is shared through the lives and works of the people of World Vision who care for them. Therefore. beloved, let us encourage you to keep pressing into the Kingdom with all your heart, mind, body and spirit. We have an enemy who will seek to destroy our ministries and break our hearts but as Jesus said: "If they persecute me, they will persecute you" So rejoice and be glad because even persecution proves that you are doing the will of God! We have such a reward if we do not lose heart. Blessings on you all and have a wonderful and joyous Thanksgiving, giving thanks to the One who has made it all possible.

In the wonderful love of Jesus,
Dennis & Wendy Cole

Letter From Africa

Dear Dramatic Christian Ministries

I bring you greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! Thank you for your kind e-mail.

We were really touched when we received it. God is so G(O)OD! I think God is linking up His children all over the world so His Body will finally get together and work in Unity. So I don't believe i just happened to come across your address and website and wrote to you. Remember when brothers (and sisters) dwell together in UNITY..... there the Lord COMMANDS His blessing!!! (Ps. 133) I am not sure in which country you are working, but but wherever it is, we are together in prayer and vision. If you get back to me and tell me some more, we will surely pray for you and the ministry God gave you.

We minister in Kenya and Uganda and frequently hold open air crusades that really bring a lot of people to Christ. God opened a door for us here and we are convinced that if we keep on walking (moving on) through the doors He opens, we can be a blessing and get blessed at the same time. Our minisrties here in East Africa have really been a blessing to us, and vice versa we were able to bless many people and see people encouraged, build up and healed!

I believe this is the time that God is going to restore signs, wonders and miracles to His Church, through faithful obedient servants, who are willing to walk in His footsteps! And we are eager to see this happen..... 'I came that you might have joy' Jesus said....... Not worries! So until we get in contact in whatever way: Enjoy where you are, on the way to where you are going! God has a destiny for each and every one of His children, but it is not only the destiny that it is important..... The most inportant thing in life is the journey towards your destiny....

So be encouraged and be blessed to be a blessing!

United in His Love

Prayer For New Orleans

Dear Lord Jesus,
We know that your love and mercy encampeth about those who love you and fear you. As we have watched the news we have seen and heard a multitude call upon your name and trust their lives and property to your sovereignty. We pray Lord Jesus for them and their city and lift up the will of God for this place. Thank you God for the love that you have for your people and thank you that your will for us is to give us hope and a future. We lift up the poor of this city and Lord help us to all be poor in spirit but rich in mercy and abounding in love for one another, just as you Jesus showed us. Help us to prefer one another and be gentle in spirit, loving the truth more than even our own lives. Help us to lay ourselves down, dying to our own flesh so that we may live by your spirit. Dear Lord, help us to be your gift to others who desperately need you. In this same spirit we lift up all the poor and oppressed of the world. Help us Lord to find ways to reach out to them, comfort and help them and to visit them in their distress. We ask Lord Jesus to make us into vessels that honor you not just with lips but with our lives of love. Amen.

DCM VBS In Bedford, Iowa

What a great week in Iowa! We arrived there the 5th of August and starting on Sunday with Romans 9 - 11 we all kept up the pace until the following Sunday. The VBS was amazing - held at the fairgrounds in Bedford it was really "First Century" to the max. The people all worked very hard and each person helped to make it a huge success for all involved. Even the weather cooperated and it didn't rain until it was all over on Friday night. Well, it wasn't quite over - we held Sunday services at the VBS site. There were many salvations throughout the week and even many adults giving their lives to Jesus or recommitting themselves because of the renewal brought on by walking in the first century settings. It really all comes down to the simplicty which the Gospel of Christ offers. The VBS is invaluable for showing us all how much Jesus really loves us and how important it is to become His disciple. We have lots of pictures online for you to view - Just click this link to go to the photo site - you can also order pictures from there if you like.

PLUS - One Day Kingdom Acting Workshop!

On Saturday, August 13th Dennis held a one day Kingdom Acting Workshop for 17 people. It was a great time of really learning the Scriptures from the inside out. The workship was only four hours so if you are thinking of this venue for your church and time is a consideration then thisone day workshop will work out great for you! Everybody learned a lot and it is a real shot in the arm for those already immersed in ministry as well as for those who are wanting to go further. The workship isn't just for actors - it is for all those who want to act according to how God is leading them and is really valuable as a tool for renewal and spiritual breakthrough no matter what your ministry gifts and callings are. To learn more, click on the link at left for Kingdom Acting school.

Cape Cod Revival & Street Ministry

Dennis gets back today from 4 days on Cape Cod with First Light Church of Chatham and other churches on the cape. Services were held at different churches for 3 nights and days and then a street ministry team was formed for Sunday afternoon in Provincetown. Dennis says it was a great time and God's Spirit was really moving. The group used different sections of Scripture from Matthew 6 as the venue for this ministry to Provinctown's gay community. The tracts handed out included the way to salvation as well as the entire chapter of Matthew 6. Please pray for this witness, that the courage and committment of those involoved will have eternal consequenses for the citzens of Provincetown, MA. If you would like to learn more about DCM street ministry please contact us.

DCM Acting Workshop in Moreno Valley, CA. Just Completed!

After a lot of planning and prayer we are so pleased to announce that this first ever traveling workshop series was a huge success! Four 3 hour sessions over four evenings. We covered all of the major aspects of Kingdom Acting and were all ministered to in ways that were surprising if not astounding. There is a book called "Surprised by the Holy Spirit" and that phrase more than applies to our experience together in these workshops. Dennis is a superb teacher (naturally, I am not surprised by that - he's been my mentor for years) But I couldn't help but be full of thanksgiving as I watched God use him to help people reach further for the wonderful things of God than they had ever reached before. We had a terrific opportunity to minister what we were learning in the park at a potluck picnic that DC Fellowship (no relation) was having. Each of us did in miniature what Dennis does all the time and it was a revelation from God that as we gave ourselves over to the Word how He fillied our hearts and bodies with His presence and peace. Pictures of the July Class of '05 will soon follow. I can't wait for our next one - these workshops are a tremendous opportunity for anybody no matter where they are at in their walk and/or ministry. Please visit the Kingdom Acting page to download a registration form and brochure. We can easily schedule these workshops provided we have the interest when we travel to our regularly scheduled events. You may want to look at the schedule to see when we will be in your area so you can get a workshop going at your church.

Marketplace AD 29 VBS at Calvary Chapel Las Cruces

DCM just completed an amazing week of VBS at Calvary Chapel in Las Cruces. It was Marketplace AD 29, a Bible Times VBS that had us all back in the first century viewing the world as the disciples of Jesus would have seen it. The marketplace was all decked out with a real pond and fountain, a pottery tent, baking and craft stalls. They even painted one wall with an incredible mural depicting a first century village in Israel! It was so incredibly beautiful. All day there was singing and dancing in the marketplace. The 1st century baked goods and snacks kept us all going. Our Roman centurion and his cohort, Zaccheus the tax collector kept the children and adults digging deep in their money pouches to get out of jail - but in the end they were saved and repented for their greed. Pastor Jeff played the part of the High Priest throughout the week and Pastor Bob had a part in the daily drama - he played the part of the dad of the Man Born Blind. Everybody looked so nice in their costumes and 1st century finery! Dennis, as Jesus, was in the Marketplace all day long telling stories to the children right from the Bible. It was so amazing to see them all gather to sit around him for another story. They also played games like Driedle and others from the first century time period. The kids learned all about the Beatitudes from their teachers and Wendy and Stephanie taught songs and Hebrew dancing to all the children and the adults too. Everybody agreed by the end of the week that there just isn't anything more fun or rewarding than VBS 1st century style and were truly sorry to see it end and have to say goodbye. Thanks Calvary Las Cruces for inviting DCM to be a part of your circle of fellowship. We truly appreciate all of you and the happiness you filled our lives with as we shared in ministry with you! We know that this is a week that all of us will remember and treasure all of our lives and that the children who came will always know that Jesus loves them and that there truly is a God in Heaven who is watching over them. They know because God's spirit was present in the lives of all the adults who served so lovingly and faithfully. Marketplace AD 29 at Calvary Chapel in Las Cruces was truly the happiest place on earth! Click on this link to view pictures of this wonderful week

DCM News - Jan - May 2005

It has been a long winter. So many good things have happened since January 1st! We have a news blog where you can find the most up to date news for DCM. This blog makes it so we can email quick news items to post immediately and we will also archive our newsletters there. You can bookmark the site to visit often and you can also post comments if you join the blog community. The site can be found at http://dcministries.blogspot.com and the link to the site is available on our website. We are keeping our regular news page until we see how this works out. Visit and tell us what you think!

Sermon On The Mount DVD & CD
We published a DVD and CD of Sermon on the Mount. The DVD looks great and was professionaly done by RPM Communications in Medford, OR. Dennis' brother Michael owns the company and is such a friend and help to us. You can order online. We have also recorded a devotional audio CD of Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5, 6 & 7. Wendy has created original music to underscore the audio presentation by Dennis. This CD will enhance your driving, prayer and meditaiton time or a Bible study. You can also order this CD online. Just click this link:

Salvations:
We are humbled and honored to report over 250 commitments to Jesus Christ since the year began. Commitments include many older people and kids and teenagers. We are truly blessed to be on their family tree. Thank you all so much for your prayers and commitment to the salvation of the lost!

World Vision:
DCM is now an Artist Associate of World Vision, the international children's relief sponsorship organization. This is such an incredible blessing to this ministry! Our website was spotted by another associate of World Vision and they called us and invited Dennis to their yearly conference in Orlando, FL. He "just happened" do be doing ministry in Florida that very week and had those very days free to go to the conference! Can you believe God's timing? Now where ever we go we have in our suitcase the folders of 30 or more precious children needing sponsors and we get to put their folders on our ministry table. So far - again since January - over 50 kids have been sponsored through DCM! Every time we get in a new batch of kids, we spread them all out on the table and lay hands on each child and pray for their future foster parents. Our family has sponsored a little boy from Niger for about 4 years now and it has really been a blessing to us. Please pray for this aspect of the ministry - its not exactly acting but it is quite DRAMATIC when you think of the changes that can be wrought through the sponsorship of even one child! If you would like to sponsor a child, please contact us or click on the World Vision link and we can get you started.

Current Events:
We have done a lot of traveling. Dennis did a revival week in Florida, we traveled several times to California and the Midwest and have gone all over New Mexico. We had a really blessed time during the Passover holiday - Last Supper Shalom has never been better. Dennis has been the guest speaker at many end of year Christian school chapel services and we have seen many kids come to Christ as a result. He was the commencement speaker at a large school in Downey, CA and spent time just last week on the Biola University campus doing outreach and classroom work. There is so much to do. God is faithful and keeps blessing our schedule to be filled. We have 4 VBS weeks scheduled for this summer and expect a very busy time for the next 4 months. Please pray over our schedule - you can download a copy of it at http://dcministries.com/schedule.htm and hang it on your fridge or put it in your Bible. Your prayers are so very effective!

KINGDOM ACTING TRAINING:

We are excited to announce 4 dates for Kingdom Acting Training!

* July 5 - 8 - 6pm - Regional Training - Ambassadors of Love, South Bend, IN.

* July 18 - 21 - 6pm - Regional Training - Oasis Community Church, Moreno Valley, CA

* Aug. 13 - Regional Training - First Baptist, Bedford, IA

* Sept. - Regional Training - Maranatha Congregation, Albuquerque, NM

You can find out more and download a brochure and registration form at http://dcministries.com/training.htm - Again please pray for these training sessions and sign up for one yourself!

New Productions:
The productions are really tightening up and looking great. "Acting One" is becoming another cornerstone of the ministry as is "Showtime Or Acts of the Holy Spirit". A lot of people are signing up and showing enthusiasm for Kingdom Acting Training and this is so exciting because our heart is to train and send out as many as the Lord supplies us with. The time is ripe. Please help us with your prayers, suggestions, donations and don't forget to sign up yourself! We need to have a permanent training center here in Albuquerque but we also need to do regional training sessions as often as possible.

Needs & Prayer Requests:
As you know if you have been following along for awhile, we moved the ministry and our family to Albuquerque originally with the understanding and promise from a local church to give missionary support and also be a spiritual covering for the DCM and our family. This was to have started within the first few months of our arrival. Unfortunately, their committment has fallen through on what was promised. We don't yet understand why God has let this happen but we lean on Him all the more for His wisdom for the ministry and for our family. Please pray - though we have faith that where God guides, He provides, we see the need more than ever for individuals & churches to commit to missionary support. DCM is growing by leaps and bounds but it is really under-capitalized. Our expenses in travel and overhead take up about half of what we bring in and the other half goes to salary. Please pray about what you can do in monthly, quarterly or yearly support of this mission. With your prayers and financial committment, DCM will be funded for the many projects that are currently underway. We ask that you please take a moment to answer this newsletter with your thoughts, ideas and encouragement. We don't hear from very many of you too often and it would bless us so much at this particular time to hear from you and read what you have to say. Outreach evangelism ministry like this can be lonely, especially when you are new to an area and are still in the first stages of building it. Our family would really benefit from your letters at this time and thanks so very much.

PROJECTS & VISION

NEW VENUES: ACTING ONE & SHOWTIME OR ACTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT - We are so blessed to keep adding venues. God's hand is really on Dennis as the annointing to internalize these Scriptures continues apace. Please keep him in your prayers to find the time and space each day to focus on these venues. He spends a lot of time on the phone making appointments and setting up events in between his travel time.

KINGDOM TRAINING CENTER: DCM will focus on training of Bible demonstrators and to start to establish centers for training in partner churches. The first training center will be in Albuquerque, N.M. Please think about how you may add wings to your prayers by helping financially. We know that God is leading us in this direction and it will require a lot of prayer and commitment from many people as well as personnel to help run the project.

DCM SUMMBER VBS - A total immersion VBS program where kids and workers all wear costume and is in a market place setting with 1st century shops. Jesus and other biblical characters from DCM interact through script-ures at various points during the day and week. Pray for our summer VBS projects. Please visit our VBS Page to find out more.

DCM RETREATS & CONFERENCE VENUES - Sermon on the Mount, Book of James, Romans 9-11, Psalms, Bible Demonstrations, Acting One, Showtime or Acts of the Holy Spirit, and workshops. Please pray for our 2005-2006 schedule regarding these venues. We would likeso much to go forward more than we have in these areas. If you or somebody you know is looking for retreat and conference ideas, please let us know.

PUBLISHING PROJECTS - DCM is currently working on curriculums for youth ministry, Kingdom Training, VBS ministry, and books about this ministry. Pray for help in finding time to write and edit and for publishing opportunites.

ARE YOU CALLED TO THIS MINISTRY? - write to us, call us or email us. He has a place for you, a purpose and a vison for your life in Him. We would be so delighted and blessed to hear your thoughts and dreams.
